HELP!!! Same tool?

Is there a difference between a regular T-25 bit and a T-25 tamper proof bit? I cant get the god damn HIDs out of the headlights!

Different.

The T25 Tamperproof tool has a small hole in the tip.
A standard T25 doesn't...you can get one anywhere...

I assume you are trying to disassemble your headlight assembly?

thats right. Already got the headlights out, just cant get the HID out. DAMN! I need to go buy that bit. Who would sell it? Home Depot? Thanks sebring. Finally some1 that helps!
