Is it one of those "vortex generator" superchargers that you get on ebay? If so then expect at least 500hp at the wheels.

To the original poster:

For information check your supercharger manufacturer's website.

If you purchased the car with this already installed and you don't know what brand it is, these are the two most common kit manufacturers:

http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/

To enrique_s2k:

When you say "new engine" is it the 2.0L or 2.2L engine?

Also check your engine management and tuning. Fuel issues and intake temps can also lead to lower power output.

If you have a wastegate installed (but you probably don't), check that the spring is strong enough and not bleeding at lower levels of boost.

For information about servicing requirements - contact your supercharger manufacturer.

If you are comparing dyno figures from your dyno run to figures posted on the manufacturers website, or posted by other users, there are many factors as to why these will differ including (but not limited to) the brand of the dyno and environmental variables.

If you mount it on the engine you can expect 100hp or so, but will ruin your handling. However if you mount it in your trunk not only can you safely increase your boost to make 150hp or so, but you will improve your handling.
