Open the driver's door and it's on the rear jamb probably a little under halfway up the jamb, just inside the car, not actually on the jamb itself. It is a little black button with a black surround (though it could all be in red in the red interiors, I'm not sure about that)

I right next to your seatbelt on the driver side.

*nods* This stumped my brother when he drove my car once. He was apparently at the gas pump for 25 minutes looking for it. I got stumped by where reverse is. I had to phone the dealer and ask. No question, its a tricky little thing.

HEHE, that's funny as hell. The owner of one of the cars I test-drove told me before I had my own. I love it when I drop it off to get an oil change or something, and I see the guy sitting in it for like 2 minutes before it starts up. But I feel like an ass if I tell them, "Oh and there is a start button, so make sure your and your idiots press that to start it up".. So I just hope they figure it out real quick, or have been in one before.

Pop up the hood. You'll see a button that releases the top compartment (above your shoulder with the wind deflector mounted on top of it) Inside will be another button to release the fuel door

If you ever need to get a smog check for your S2000 (which is required by several States including CA), make sure you stay with the car unless it is being done at a place that is very familiar with the S2000. Last time I had to get a smog check, I took it to a "generic" service station and the mechanic could not figure out how to open the fuel door to check the gas cap. Good thing I stayed with the car, otherwise the guy cannot complete the check.

I hope ginger found it. Either that or there's an S by the side of the road that just needs fuel. Hehehe
