My guess about the silver plating is that if you look at our headlights, some of the material is black. I think they'll just paint that silver...not sure how it'll look though.

There are several members of this forum who speak Japanese, if it helps. Myself and Takashi Kazumori to name but two. You could get him to mail in Japanese if he's able to express himself more clearly that way.... I'm sure if you posted that someone would translate it pretty quickly.

 

How about all LED taillights? It would accentuate the high-tech goodness of the car and save power to boot.
Maybe we'll get a paddle shifter in '05. I'll be ready for a new S2K by then.

 

When you guys go on the factory tour next month (Greg, Sondra, etal), maybe you can make a friend or two who could give us the inside poop on any upcoming changes. Perhaps even an official channel could be established. After all, I wouldn't think these things are state secrets. Greg, I'm sure you, with your silver tongue, could get some interesting info. Tell them you've seen "Shogun" ten times or that you're a personal friend of Red Buttons.
