Gas embolism or caisson disease.

Is the bubble larger than 5cm in diameter?

Did you perhaps put too much oil in? When was the last time you changed the oil? What does the dipstick read?

I think that's normal, It's just when it's coming out it mixes in a way that those bubbles are formed.
also I remember seeing the same thing on my car when I just changed oil.

if you put too much oil then it bubbles up.
and if your coolant is leaking into your oil, your oil turn milky color..
light brown with some white mixed
you can tell right away if you see it

Yes you are right !
I did an experimentation for this and the result is following:

I fill some water and HONDA engine oil into an empty coca cola can to mix them!

First: 2 mins to 3 hours.Water looks like an bubble in the oil !
Second: After 3 hours.Water become milky color and stay actuality !
Third: When i used my lighter to make it hot.then the milky color liquid disappeared and turn to bubbles again !

I thank water turn milky color when them mix with engine oil due to low temperatures!

I cant see any milky oil in my dipstick because every time i check my oil.My engine was warm/hot ..

Anyone knows what would make the coolant leaked into the engine ?
