hi everyone sup? i was considering gettin a s2000, n i wanted to know more about this car, now i've read this forum and heard about all these #4 cylinder problems n stuff but besides that whats the pros and cons of this car? what other cars could a s2000 smoke? thanks =)

Hmmm...let's see.

1. The S2000 is the 2nd fastest american 2000 and 2001 model Japanese car (stock). #1 is the NSX.

2. The S2000 can beat any stock previous american model Japanese car that does not have forced induction (turbo/supercharger), besides the NSX. For example...we will loose to the twin turbo 300Z, Supra TT, and RX7.

3. The S2000 can even beat some previous model Japanese cars that have forced induction (Eclipse turbo, MR2 turbo).

4. As far as american muscle cars...we are somewhere between the new Z28 and the new Mustang GT.

5. As far as roadsters go...we are between the M Roadster/Coupe and the Boxter S (if not tied with the Boxter S).

actually im asian n live in cali, i dunno but people here like that commercial, call me whitewashed but i dunt realli think so =P

um.... yea know anywhere near the bayarea that i can get this for MSRP? dealers seem to like jacking up the prices.....

dude, most dealers around here are asking a premium for the S2K but if you look hard enough you should be able to find one for MSRP.
