how do u remove shift knob? im getting my arc ti soon.
i losened the nut on the bottom.. and then wat? the shift knob wont turn..
immediate answers appreciated.. thnx

 

If the bottom nut has been loosened then the knob should just unscrew counterclockwise. I recently swapped out mine for a Voodoo knob and it came right off after I loosened the securing nut.

...I swapped out my oem for a voodoo yesterday...Just twist the knob counterclockwise....you might have to twist it kinda hard..Dont worry nothing's going to break..then take off the nut on the bottom and install you new knob

its not turning!!!!! do u have to losen the nut first then turn the knob? or turn the knob first and then losen the nut?
