Original owner bought in Jan 2000. I purchased with 24k May 2004.

62k plus miles today, fuel injectors replaced at 5?k, runs great/strong, autocross 2-3 times per month. I drive it every day to work.

56k miles and no problems.
80k and still no engine problems. (I replaced the transmission though.)

I'm hijacking this thread with another question. How about a very low mileaged F20c. Example: 11k miles in a MY00.

The car hasn't been driven much so should I expect anything?

Did u change that for the fluttering sound? I been researching because my car is making that sound and its been gettin a lil louder i think, and it seems like the timing chain tensioner is the reason?

70000 miles (112000 km) no problem.
Bought the car with 52000 m Xmas 2004.
Only replaced the fuel so far

Serious : 2 clutches .. yeah because the first one was as good as busted when I bought it, didn't notice it, thought it was slipping in the heavy rain @ testdrive (do NOT testdrive it in the rain! ), the replacement under warranty was a new but a bad one (loose springs + rattles in gearbox etc), now its ok with the updated clutch.
Serious : left rear wheel bearing under warranty.
And a lightbulb in right "citylight" (not the Xenon.. oh NO)

nothing major to my knowledge (bought at 49K) drive it every day and drive it hard.
1. rear clicking - fixed by torquing the rear axle nut

2. replaced roof - got a glass top (plastic had hole in it)

Aside from that pretty good, a little noisy and notchy but its probably clutch buzz and cold weather. One a open road once she gets warmed up she's a beast.
