Wow. Did you talk to her? Does she have plans to keep the car for much longer? I'd like to see 300k cracked

She has no plans to replace car at this time. I'll check back in when she hits 300K.

I haven't visited here in a long time, as I sold my S and now drive an '07 Z06. I'm a service manager at a Honda dealership. We have a regular service customer who bought her S here in 2003, and racks up lots of business miles. Except for regular maintenance, she's never had any problems with her S. For her visit today, her mileage is.......(drum roll please).........237,326 miles! Anyone here even close to this?
Wow, thats really awesome. She owned it since new? If so what kind of service intervals has she done? She may have the highest reported mileage we have ever seen on s2ki. I know Modifry cracked 200,000 (supercharged) miles but he had a new engine put in at 180,000.

Did she do regular service? Oil change interval, tranny fluid, diff fluid, etc? Sorry I'm overly curious. I'm assuming she must have changed her clutch??? You said she's never had problems, but I can't imagine that is the original clutch. The rest is original? Diff, axles, etc?

Sorry again for all the questions, but I'm overly curious right now because I've just recently started driving a LOT for work. I'm currently at 27k miles, but now with clients being spread out for work, I may have to drive 25k miles or so a year, and I'm debating if I should get a beater to keep some of the miles off my s2k to make it last longer, or just drive the hell out of it and put that money away in "replacement parts" fund. I love driving the s2k but I cry when I see the miles racking up, lol.

Wow. That is a lot of miles for a 2003. That's almost 60,000 miles a year. You should tell her about this site and have her sign up.
