My car got hit in the Lawrence Livermore National Labs parking lot. It's in the top 10 most secure compounds in the US for their nuke/laser/biohazard research. No note, and no servailance that they would share with me. You can't trust anyone to be honest anymore. $2K in damage. After 3 tries to match the paint we are still trying to get it right, what a headache.

I would do a little Magnum P.I. action. I would look at every car in the lot and find this weisel. I don't know if I am seeing it right but it looks like there is a little blue mark on your bumper, my guess is the black marks are from their tire. Those should be your first clues.
I as well work on a federal compound and I know every car in and out has a reason to be there. If they come once they will most likely come again....
