Summer tires that are bald, no less...Sorry, but I don't believe that story.
I think you most likely lost control of your car, and now (to try to get out of paying your deductible w/ your insurance company) you are concocting some grandiose story about how your car was hit in a parking lot while you were at work. I am sorry your car got messed up, but that doesn't seem likely. If your car was damaged that severely, you must have parked in the middle of a freeway.
