Default HKS Exhaust

I need some confirmed information on the HKS exhaust.

Hiper vs. Hi-Power. A couple threads said that the Hi-Power is the 2nd generation of the Hiper, basically a completely SS version to fix the rust problem. Is this true? Other threads just say that there is a 2nd generation of the Hiper, with the name by implication still Hiper? Which one's right?

I've seen some used Hipers on the board and were real rusty. But I have the Hi-Power but have no rust. It's not full stainless steel either.

Will be selling it though, will miss it for sure. Sounds different with turbo... not as high strung

Ok. So one of my friends tells me that there is no Hiper or Hi-Power that is completely SS for the S2000. Muffler and tips are SS, but the piping is bake-coated aluminum regardless if it's labeled a Version 1 or Version 2. The version that is made with SS piping is a special edition that is not available for the S2000. Is he right or wrong?

And anyways, I live in California. Should I even have the slightest need to concern myself about an exhaust rusting?
