HKS vibration

I purchased a HKS dual exhaust from a member here, and after about one month, i noticed a vibration coming from the piece that connects the dual mufflers. I know it wasn't like that when i got it, so i am not blaming the seller.
It seems to only vibrate when the rpm is around 2-3. and the clutch has to be off. so basically it only happens when i am driving.
It is quite embarassing since that is the normal rev area when i am in second, just driving around, looking for a parking space. I can "cruise" anywhere, without it rattling around, and i look like a chump with a broken exhaust.
If anyone knows what i can do, that would be great.
Basically, it sounds like i have a rock in the thing, but it doesn't make sense if it only happens when i have the car in gear, and between 2500-3000 RPMs.
The only thing i can think to do is take it back to honda, and have them remove it, since they installed it in the first place, and ask them to figure it out.
Since it is not OEM, i know they will charge me, but the noice is very annoying....

Dave, I have the exact same problem with my HKS although the vibration hits between 4000 and 5000 rpm then goes away. It sounds like a rock is in the exhaust..........

I am experiencing the same problem. However, I have another that's much worse. The welds that connect the "capsule looking resonance chamber" to the pipes has completely rusted through. Another Houstook, RudyW, has noticed that his weld spots are beginning to corrode too. It's only a matter of time before his exhaust ends up like mine.
I wonder what or site sponsors can offer to remedy this problem. Is there any kind of warranty on the HKS system?
We may be out of luck.

hmmm... wow, i am glad i am not the only one. but that sucks that so many people have this problem, and it isn't an isolated case. I wonder if HKS would do something about it.

Please tell me if they will before I buy a set. HKS is what I was planning on buying.

Does everyone with the HKS exhaust have the same vibration problem or is it a small few. I was planning to get the HKS but, after reading all these horror stories I might wanna change to the Comptech exhaust system instead....any thoughts
