Hey guys, I don't own an s2000 yet but I was wondering what that little hole in the front of the car is for.

Take a nice long shit with your owner's manual. Get to know it really well.
We're not telling you where the secret compartment is...

Those are power take-offs. The front one is for the snow blower attachment, and the rear one is for a towed lawnmower or for a thresher.

You can also get either a front winch or a rear winch or both. Many four-wheel-drive enthusiast stores carry the S2000 winches.
