With Honda announcing a sporty hybrid would you buy an S2000 hybrid? I doubt they would use the S2000 platform but it is an interesting question. It would eliminate the lack of torque complaint.

I would as long as it could handle and accelerate like the normal one or better.

I would not if it just looked sporty but did not drive sporty

The hybrid S2000 is already on my list to buy, just not the first year's model.

 

I will NOT purchase a hybrid just because I hate green yuppies who feel the need to shove "global warming" in everyone's face at every turn every day. Until gas exceeds $10/gal, just no.
