I don't even own one, but here goes:

Stronger rear diff
More durable clutch
6-disc in-dash
glove box
tilt wheel
fog lights
oil pressure guage
low oil light
revised vert top that doesn't rub on things while opening/closing to wear holes in it over time
put it under Acura brand so it gets 4yr/50k warranty and better service departments that won't blame everything on owner abuse.

i suggest:

-the JDM BBS wheels
-lower ride height(1-2 finger gap b/w fender and tire)
-oil pressure and temp gauges

other than that, im really satisfied with the current s2000 model.

I'd suggest:

Oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level gauges
Better brakes
Longer warranty (50,000 miles/5 years)
Better paint quality (Since the very first I've had several problems with the paint; At least it doesn't seem to fade)
Better lug nut and wheel finish (my lug nuts have some rust and the wheels have black, spotty, discolorations)
Self-dumping ECU (i.e., no need to purchase code scanners or such)
Adjustable shock absorbers

I would like.

Intagration of the side turn markers into the side mirror assembly, to clean up the sides of the car.

Beep when you are at two bars of gas.

Better or at least more functional gauges.

VTEC lock on all car's until they hit 1000 miles.

Tire repair kit not a spare tire.

More wear restant leather in the seat's

ECU controlled limp mode for low oil status.

better gears in the rear end, I really don't need the car to go 164 I could live with even 130 if I had much better low end grunt.

What I want would raise this car in price, but thats not the point

260 HP i-VTEC 2 litre 9,000 RPM redline
180 ft-lbs Torque
4.44 Final Drive, and a taller 6th gear to compensate

17 inch wheels standard, 18 inch wheels optional
lower ride height
slotted rotors w/ better calipers
x-brace
strut tower bar

updated digital instrumentation w/ oil pressure, oil temp, audio indicators in panel as well
tilt/telescoping steering wheel
upgraded sound system (6 speaker)
lumbar/height adjustment for driver seat

Make front fenders, rear quarter panels out of carbon fibre (painted body colour of course)

Anyone suggest a supercharger as an extra sport option from the factory? Personally think Honda is a little to conservitive with there vehicles. They never go out on the limb with anything, they don't take chances.

2.2 Liter 270 HP VTEC (i-VTEC?)) with only a 6 speed manual, no auto option. That's all.
