Default Honda Car Cover

Is the Honda Car Cover worth purchasing or are there better quality covers at a lower cost? I just purchased a new 2005 S2K and plan to garage it but want a cover, mainly for dust and to keep the kids fingerprints off of it. Recommendations appreciated.

Bought mine from HandA, good quality, fits perfectly, and has a soft flannel like interior. I keep my car covered and garaged, and this cover protects from scratches.

My car's parked under a car port (apartment parking), so it helps to keep all the dust off of it (my area's dusty/dirty too). Unfortunately, I can't use it when it rains and it's been raining a lot. When I get to wash it and it doesn't rain, I get to use the cover quite often and it keeps it clean for much longer periods.

your reason is the perfect and probably the only reason as to why anyone should want to purchase this cover. it will not protect the car from the elements, but does a great job protecting it from dust and fingerprints.

I'll be getting one soon due to the damn cat. I don't understand it, three vehicles and the only car he ever gets on is the S.

Any car cover that fits with a soft interior should be just fine for a garaged vehicle. Car covers are really only an issue for cars parked outside as they can damage your paintwork very quickly on a windy day.
