Default Honda definitely monitors this board

After looking carefully at the 2002 S2000, there can be no doubt:

1) No windshield frame tape anymore.

2) Rick's leather console cover as standard equipment.

3) Glass rear window.

4) Partially leather wrapped shift knob (for heat transfer reasons)

5) New tweeter positioning and a beefed up sound system.

6) Chrome bits in the interior to give it a more upscale feel.

7) Mingster aluminum dead pedal cover.

I think they've done a great job updated the S2000 for 2002. Keep up the good work, Honda!

(I'm in for a Suzuka Blue, baby!)

Well if they're listening. We want more power, a stronger clutch, and a better differential.

I don't doubt that Honda has an eye for the board ... I believe it will produce some pretty positive feedbacks for future upcoming models of the S2000. Let's just hope they make it onto production for everyone on a general note basis rather than just JDM usually.

Just for my own edification:

The glass rear window is for the soft top, right?

And how easily could one retrofit a pre-'02 car to the '02 equipment?

I had a district service manager slip with the information that this board is definitely monitored... makes a strong case for watching what antics you post about if your VIN is mentioned on any of your posts, eh? I don't do much that would present any sort of conflicting information or give reason to void my warranty, but you can bet I won't post it here if I do!

We'd know for sure if Honda was on here by checking the server logs.

Looks like the "leather" console cover will be vinyl. Yuck! But it's great that they recognize the bare carpet was a mistake.

I'm sticking with my larger plastic window!

They'd be fools not to be monitoring this board. I am a Product Manager for Snap Servers and monitor Web boards daily. After you see the same request enough, the cream starts to rise to the surface so to speak.

You can't buy market research this thorough at any price.
