i think that higher piston speed means more friction between sleeve and piston resulting in more heat and less revs.

You cant go much higher in pistonspeed than org F20C, it's F1 speeds
No but it's extreamly high in a standard engin.
If the speed would be lower, than no problems.

I would love to try it but I am seriously short on Cash and there is no tuner or shop in my area that I would trust enought to wash my car let alone rip the engine apart. I would let someone do it if they sponsored the work. I would buy the parts no problem.
Bring it on, ill sponsor you! This sounds really cool, i did my homework a little and found more info on this, id say its worth a try for sure. Everything makes perfect sense, and allmost sounds too good to be true, man that guy had some serious extra time on his hands huh?? Amazing enginuity!! PM me

with an even worse rod ration than stock, just lay the prelude tach into your s2k. you wont be shifting this tractor combo past 7200. it will break,, this i promise you.
best way to do this, would be the right way. use the F20/22C rod length, or an even longer rod, and then have a nice piston designed. with the pin height moved, towards the crown. this is the only correct way to do it. then it could be spun as far as you want. some of my friends run 100 mm+ cranks in their motors, and 100mm+ pistons, they shift them upwards of 11,000 rpm. so if all is built well, any rpm is possible. it just depends on the rod ratio.

any rpm??? dont know about that, but i see this baby revving to 8k easy, and also were trying to keep the coating on the cylinders too, this is one of the best perks about this set-up. Heat disipation, and less friction, thats the key to a long lasting engine
