I took my car in for the seatbelt recall yesterday and the guys said it would "basically take all day." When I get my car back it has TWO miles more than when I turned it in..hmmm, I didn't realize a seatbelt fix required the car to be driven around! Next they don't put the trunk back together properly, and I am missing two clips which is making the bass from 10" JL Audio sub rattle loose panels, needless to say, it sounds awful. One service guy said, "I don't know what they were doing back there," probably messing with my speakers. What is up with these people? They said "sorry" and ordered me my clips (1 week out from Monday)...I'm thinkin about talking to the GM over there, I'm pissed

However, they would need to access your trunk to fix the seatbelt problem so valet key wouldn't not work in this case...

What type of relationship do you have with this dealership? I would first speak to the Service Manager and see what he says. If the result is not to your satisfaction then I would move up the ladder until you get satisfaction.
