Hondas2000_store on Instagram??? Fraud
I dunno about this Instagram page the guy is super weird. They don’t want PayPal or even worse accept payment as merchandise/ services rather request “friends and family”. I suspect I’ll never see any products or my money back unless I put in a fraud claim.
They claim to be from California, anyone here know of them? Thanks.

You didn't do this did you? This is, of course, a scam. 
If anyone, including the the IRS {Yep!), wants to be paid in gift cards, you are being scammed.
Not sure how you'll ever get a refund via a fraud claim...
