Default Honking...everywhere.

Seems honking has increased in my daily comute (not me, others) since i bought the s2000.
I look around and cant tell who did it so im not sure if its directed at me. And if it is im not sure if its anger or enthusiasm. More than likely anger though. Florida traffic makes people in there squishy slushboxes act irrational.

Anyway how many honks do you encounter a day? Anyone else experience the phantom honker?

I dunno about increased honking but you do hear a lot more though the soft top than in a closed top car.

People honk at you during their morning commutes because they hate their life and their Camry or SUV, and don't like you flaunting an awesome convertible in their misery.

At least you don't have some crazy guy in your neighborhood who gives you dirty looks and tells you to slow down when you're going 23 in a 25. This guy and his wife give me dirty looks every time I drive by and they got signs put up in the neighborhood that say slow down for children. I never even hit 25 but since the car sounds like it's going fast they think I'm going like 40. And no, I don't drive by in first.

Hahahahaha! that happened to me in my friend's S. He has an Invidia V3 exhaust and this old man taking a walk with his family yelled at us for going way to fast. We were going barely 30 in a 35 zone ....

You think you hear too much honking, go visit China. There are so many cars on the road, its thier way of saying 'I am 3 inches away from your bumper so let me cut in!'
