I've done it a few times. It's pretty hard to do in one fluid movement.

 

Did it once. Worked fine, but got a slight scuff on the inner door panel. Oh well.

 

Yeah... that's not allowed in my car. If they did it they will end up paying for a full tank of gas in my car. lol

 

Same thing. My leg didn't fit well between the steering wheel and the door panel.

So yeah I've done it, but it's hard to look good doing it.

i did it one time and i missed and hit my jewels on the shifter.
i did it the second time and i missed again and hit my bum hole with the tip of the emergency brake.
i did it the third time.......the hand....behind....all the over....hostipal...

 

I done it. no damage to the seat or car but thats prob because I am 5.5 and 120lbs.

 

Anytime I'm parked top down I do the hop in: left hand on the window frame, right hand on the roll hoop, my feet slide right under the wheel and I plop my ass in in one fluid motion. I'm 6'2 and a whopping 145 soaking wet. It's fun to do and doesn't hurt anything.

 

NO! I do however do the open the door and slide down the seat when the top is down.
