Nothing that some air horns can't fix. I also hate my horn since I removed the air horns, welcome to the club.

I don't mind the horn on my 06, it just doesn't sound like any honda I've ever owned though.

Well, I guess you can always trade horns with an early AP1 owner. It will give you your desired "short people" horn (Randy Newman reference for you youngsters).

I hate the horn on my '06. Was told there are two horns. What I'm going to do is order two horns from a '05 Civic Si and swap them in. I hate the American style horn on this car and much prefer the traditional Japanese style. To me, this horn just doesn't go with this car.

When I got my '01 Integra, the horn sounded wimpy. When I checked, there was only one horn. My Integra had one of the two '05 Civic Si horns. Got the second one, installed it and together they sound great.

I have Air horn. When I have to us them, the cars/trucks move out of my lane and them look. With the OEM horns, they just keep comming.

I have OEM 04 horn and pleasantly impressed. I would think it's no different than the 06. I love it that it has power. I hate the typical "neet, neet" horn i have on my '97 accord.
