I have never been to an auto show before. The one in houston is only a 6 hour drive from me. Anyone else going? Is it like the NY autoshow?

I will be going. I don't think it will be like the one in NY. The last few was like going to a dealership with many different car companies. not too many concepts and or new stuff.

OK looks like I am going to come down the weekend of the 19-21 of the car show. Drive up Friday during the day and stay Friday and Saturday night.

Can anyone hook me up a line on some Astros tickets for that weekend? Looks like Barry Bonds will be in town.

 

At one point there was talk of my car being in the car show (JE Honda booth), but I haven't heard anything lately.

 

So does this mean your car will have the AEM EMS on it? That would be cool to have your car in the show. That way I can steal your radiator cap and shift knob hahahahaha (reference from NY autoshow post).

So nobody has a line on any tickets huh? How about a decent houston based ticket broker?

What about some good food and places to go?

Looks like I am going to the show on Friday afternoon then hitting the Astros game that night. Where is a good place to go after the game? Wes is your car going to be in the show? I am staying at the Crown Plaza in downtown.
