I just got home from a night of mayhem.

Here are the suspects (Some names will be misspelled):

Wes (Wesmaster) - S2000 Supercharged

Mark (Lips2000) - Stock S2000

Tim (Unicron) - Mostly stock, except brand new Nippon exhuast, sport springs, and the Volks

Zerin - Audi S4, modded up, running 104 octane

Dom (not sure how to spell it) - M3 Software upgrade, cool air intake.

??? - Acura CL Type S

Stephen - Porsche Boxter

Raymond - Sentra, surely modded, just not sure what

Here is how everyone faired for the night:

Tim(S2000) vs. Mark(S2000)---------------------- Winner: Mark
Mark(S2000) vs ???(CL-S)------------------------- Winner: Mark
Mark(S2000) vs Dom(M3) #1---------------------- Dom's shift nob comes off, 10 minute intermission
Mark(S2000) vs Dom(M3) #2 --------------------- Winner: Dom!
Mark(S2000) vs Stephen(Boxter)----------------- Winner: Mark
Wes(S2000 SC) vs Zerin(S4) & Dom(M3)----- Winner: Wes

Highlights of the night:

That's it! I'm getting the supercharger (*opening my phonebook, dialing comptech*).

Whoa!!!! 50mph in reverse. LipS2000, you are sick!!! (hehe, whatelse is new.) j/k

Unicron, did you have your stock tires on your S2K this time? Also, was ITR there? He called me and I was "pre-occupied" at the time. I thought about looking for y'all but I lost track of time.

I'm glad y'all are OK. Now, go and repent your sins Coz it was a Good Friday and y'all were having fun???!!!

BTW, I'd just crossed the break-in zone on my S2K, now I can run with y'all. I'll still be a spectator tho until I get the SC. hehehe. Can I be your student Master Wes?

BTW, Happy Easter.

Later,
:Kibro

Why didn't you and the S4 run without the 2 passengers in Zerin's car? Doesn't take a genius to hypothesize that that would've made for a tighter race! But wait, he's running 104 octane? Damn! Probably got it set at the APR race mode, too. The SC makes the S2000 quick. Impressive.

How close was it between Lips' S2000 and the M3? Fill us in on some more detail about the M3, stock S2000, S4 races.

Damn Wes! I came home and all the adrenaline just kinda STOPPED and I crashed. You crazy. Here are the observations of each run from the winner's () point of view, for the most part:

Run #1: I just hooked up better than Unicron and got a 1-1.5 car length jump and never lost it. Uni chirped big time to 2nd gear and that had me worried. But not for long.

Run #2: Aborted when CL-S realized that he had his traction control on...

Run #3: Again, good launch for me and jumped about a car ahead of the CL-S and held it. I think I may have pulled another half a car length before the end but that CL-S is fast! On a side note...the CL-S had an intake and when he hit V-TEC it starts to growl! I mean seriously loud!! Scared the sh!t out of me. Thought he was breaking apart.

Run #4: Gearshift knob falls off the M3 and we abort

Run #5: M3 got the jump. I spun alot on take-off. I think I had my revs too high. Will have to better. But he did continue to pull to about 2 car lengths at the end so he would win in a clean start...probably.

The coolest thing for me was hitting the rev-limiter in REVERSE!! I was facing Wes, going backwards, felt V-TEC and then just a bounce, bounce, bounce off the rev-limiter. Pretty funny and not scary as you would think. The hardest part was controling the car during breaking! Started going squirley on me. That was fun!

Any way...we are doing it again tonight so any and all who will be in Houston tonight...say 10:30pm...go to Westheimer and Dunvale (Super K-Mart parking lot...actually in the small strip center in FRONT of the Super K-Mart where Quizno's be)and look for us. If you have a Talkabout or a peice-o-crap Cobra, bring it! Thay come in handy!!

Had a great time! See you all tonight!!

Mark

Just called the 3000GT guy...he's down for tonight.

I also called my friend with a Z28 (modded). A good match for him is Wesmaster's car! The guy with a Z28 has a girlfriend that drives an older model Mustang...she just challenged me to a run tonight...haha...this should be good.

I couldn't reach the SS guy...but I left a message.

You must be on the insane side!!! Hitting V-Tec in reverse. Never even thought about doing that before... guess I'll have to try it and see what it feels like!!
