How are 00's & 01's running?
I have 11,000 miles on my '00. It still runs great. The only things I have to do are to get my dash replaced (bubbles in the dash) and my front headlights have a bubble in them (another replacement). As far as mechanically, the car is great.
I have am '01 it is going to be one year old on Sunday. I have 9000 miles on it and it is still amazing. No problems whatsoever(except my check engine light went on once because my girlfriend forgot to tighten the gas cap past three clicks one time when she filled it up.)
I also think it is faster now then when I bought it.

I have an '00 with 60K miles. It has never run as good as it is now. I do not have the clutch decel noise or other annoying squeaks I had 10K miles ago. It seems the more miles i put on it the better it gets. My windshield needs help though. It is totally chipped from one end to the other.
Bought 12/31/00. New rear tires at 12k miles (just over that now), transmission synchros worked on under warranty, belts replaced under warranty, new tonneau cover (early ones interferred with the seat belts). Noticing some dimples on the dash.
Engine is sweet and uses no oil.
Driving to the ocean after work with the top down - can not wait!

34k miles on my 00. I'm on my second transmission, third rear end, second driver's side axle, third passenger side axle. The first transmission died after a little over 4000 miles from a severe case of the 2nd gear grind. The rear end went sometime later and Honda warranteed it. Within only a couple months, the new rear end also went bad and they refused to warrantee it - I have a lawsuit pending regarding that matter (I have never seen such poor customer service as I have seen from Honda). The car started getting a slight vibration under acceleration some time ago. It got worse and worse, but took me a long time to figure out what was wrong. RT helped out with that and we figure out our cars (and a few others) had bad inner CV joints. I replaced both axles two months ago. Last week I discovered the boot on the inner CV on the passenger side was defective and throwing grease. Fortunately, the parts guys at Moreno Valley Honda are always helpful and they did a parts warrantee on the axle (Honda parts have a 12 month warrantee).
Basically, with the exception of the drivetrain and Honda's terrible customer service, the car is great...
