Boy! you gotta love that blind spot huh...
Has anyone had some "close calls", when it comes to backing up from a parking space or even your own house? I know I have.

Don't complain. Our 240Z doesn't even have a right-hand side-view mirror.

Here's something to try.

Adjust your mirrors all the way out so you just can't see any part of the car anymore unless you lean back a little.

It seems weird at first, but really does eliminate some of the blind spot.

Regards,

George

Yeah, that really does help. It's just kinda weird because you don't know where your car is and shit. It takes awhile to get used to, but it works!

Not only backing up, but for me it's night driving in traffic. I've got the small convex mirrors attached, but at night changing lanes, I've had a coupla close calls.
