The lease calculations people posted here are correct. I just wanted to add one thing. Unless you have bad credit, your dealer is burning you on your money factor. You should get .0025 at a MINIMUM right now. Here in Phx, Az, I was quoted a MF of .0020 about 3 weeks ago.

That's with a credit rating of 714, which although not bad, is nothing special.

Don't get ripped by getting suckered into a bad lease deal, and if you can afford it, try to knock down that residual if you can. Good luck.
