HOw to Clean the J's Racing Tsuchinoko Intake
Was just curious here...Can You Clean inside the J's Tsuchinoko Intake like the spoon snorkel from debris and what not.. does anybody do it... if you dont.. is there a loss in performance...
All in all.. is there a difference from one or the other... Response..throttle... ect..

If you're asking if it will harm the intake to clean it...no, it won't harm it. I don't have that intake, but looked closely at one. If I had one, I would probably pull the snorkel off the car and hose it out every now and again.
If you are asking if an obstruction can cause loss of performance...well, if you sucked up a bird (and it's happened) and its rotting carcas is stuck at the narrows, then yes that restriction is costing you something. If a squrrel had decided to make a nest in your snorkel (and it's happened), then yes that restriction is costing you something.
