As long as its not windy, i will go cooler than 30*, and sometimes even in some snow flurries i had it down....that was awesome!

If I'm not mistaken, I recall the Owners' Manual referring to a bottom limit temp. wise for proper operation - I go as low as 40 here in NY. It's still warmer than a bike, and it clears your head if you dress properly. I found a headband is key to motoring in the winter.

50 F and above, the top stays down all year 'round.
