Looks like OEM fogs from the 99-00 EKs. Am I wrong? How difficult would it be to install?

they ARE the 99-00 OEM fog lights for the EK. you need to cut some of your bumper. looks nice

where would we be able to order this fog light i've been lookin into doing a custom one but now this looks perfect. ANyone know where the link to buy that is?

a civic hatch thats a 96 - 00' but only the 99 and 00' haev these fog lights i believe

Can you add some more detail to this? Do you have to mess with anything but the fake air vents, like any of the painted area on the bumper?
