I'm about to box/ship my headlights but I ran into something - I'm not quite sure how to take off the ballasts. I used a socket wrench and undid the four bolts, but there is a cable attached into the housing and it looks like the only way to get it out is by taking off the gray cover that says "no not remove risk of electric shock" with a star bolt (easy to take off but I don't know what's back there) and I'm not quite sure what I can touch and can not touch.

If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be sweet - I'd like to get the headlights shipped to the buyer today.
