How do you get the s2000 avatar?

Ok so I feel like a noob asking this, but how do you get the side profile of an s2000 on your signature?

cool thank you for the help, I saw the membership prices 20 for silver and 50 for gold. In order to have that picture below your name do you have to be gold?
