Question how do you keep track of your maintenance periods?

i am looking for a simple way to keep track of maintenance periods on the following products -- lest i forget a filter r&r, fluid change, etc.

ideas?

i thought of a white board, but that sounds messy -- and a binder with a page for each product seems disorganized.

THANKS!

THANKS!

also, i really don't want to use excel -- usually PCs and the garage don't mix, and it's surprisingly tedious to make such a schedule on excel (been there) --

I use excel, with a separate tab for each car. It's pretty basic, date/mileage, work done, by whom, price/cost, etc.

I suppose you could just use a sticker with a sharpie marker on each item, kind of like the stickies some places use to remind you when to change your oil.

MS Access. You can scan receipts and link to them using Access.

That would be tedious to do, but with all those cars a little work now pays off with big rewards later.
