Most good quality car covers have a "sock" for it.

I use a CoverKing Silverguard cover on my 03.Works great!

This.... my best solution was to replace the oem antenna with a 2.5" billet antenna... other than that. Cutting a little spot out would work, the oem cover is designed with the antenna to have a pocket and so are true-fitted car covers. Alll good options.

They are ugly and they eventually go limp , get a shorty metal antenna. My oem car cover has a sock for the antenna.

You should be at the age where you know how to get things done. When the moment is right for you to cover, you will be ready. Be sure to ask your mechanic if you are ready to cover it. Do not drink excessively if you are going to cover it. You know your car is right for you, be ready.
