Default How easy is it to steal a hardtop?

I've searched and I don't see anything about how easy or hard it is to steal a hardtop (I don't have one). So how easy is it to steal a OEM or Mugen hardtop? Can it only be removed from inside of the vehicle? I want a hardtop but want to know how subceptible it is to theft.....

orrrrrr, you're trying to steal one and put it on your S!!

well let's put it this way, basically stealing a hardtop would require probably a van or a truck, window breakage, 2 people working together, and that's pretty much it.

but if they're gonna do all that, you gonna lose a lot more than a hardtop.

haha yeah, I actually thought that some people might think that. So from your post I take it that it can NOT be just removed from outside the vehicle??? If that's the case then I'd be satisfied

exactly, either way, if you're going through all that trouble, you'd probably steal a lot more than the Hardtop.

search for Tims2k, he has the hardtop black, while his car is silverstone. I personally like it, NSX style. I was considering that as well but thought I'd go for the cleaner look and get silverstone instead.
