you guys sure it's not something else rattling because of the huge vibrations inside the car from the Invidia? mine never rattled and i had the titanium burnt tips as well. but it did make a lot of random stuff inside the car rattle.

 

that rattle is just embarrassing at a stop light im taking it to the muffler shop asap, the exhaust would sound great without the rattle. its not even that loud to me, ive heard cobras, gt, evo, sti even a dam cavalier alot of other cars way louder than this, oh ya and the s2000 on streetfire.net with the F1 sounding exhaust

 

I had to do the same thing when I had an Invidia, before I went to a larger rivet I tried to put JB Weld on it, but that did not work
