Default How to get in..and out of the garage

arrite everyone, I'm lining up to put some springs on the car soon as a temporary fix before i get myself a set of coilovers. But I have an issue:

I, like many others, have a steep driveway (not incredibly steep) but enough so that at stock ride height my bumper is about a half an inch (if that), away from scaping the pavement when pulling into it. What I'm trying to figure out is how to attack this issue when i choose to lower the s2k. I'm sure others have to do this as well. I have no problem pulling out a ramp every day to get the car out of the driveway (this is not my DD), but I am not sure exactly what to construct it of. Any input on this is greatly appreciated

I'm at school right now, so these ccouple old pictures of my new S and old Type S will hopefully give you an idea as to how stteep the incline is..thanks all

yup- same here... mine has a slight curb at the entrance to the driveway-
actually take it fairly sharp angle in, so one wheel is up then the other one follows- keeps the lip off. also have to take it slow. if too fast, i scrape.

I got sick of worrying about it.....so I bought a lip protector. My problem is just the opposite -- the driveway slopes down towards the garage the S resides.

Have you tried backing in? ...the only way I can get in my driveway without scrapping.
