Default How to get out of a ticket.

I thought it may be interesting to find out how someone can get out of a ticket. Doh. Sorry I don't have an answer but hopefully the other members do. Well go ahead guys.

When the cop asks for your license, insurance and registration. Give all three to him all at once and nudge a nice little 100 dollar bill in between. If he's not the type to take a bribe just say the bill was stuck their since being in your wallet. I would rather try this rather then getting 4, 6, 8 points on my license. Now give those bastards hell

I was once told by the brother of a cop that when the cop comes up to your window and asks: "Do you know why I pulled you over?" If you reply with exactly what you were doing, ex: "I was doing 45 in a 30 zone" instead of the usual "umm, no idea officer" they will let you off with a warning more often than you'd think.

Worth a try!

well instead of actually telling the truth, I actually lied. I told him I seriously ate something horrible and I had serious diarrhea and I need to get to a restroom fast. He gave me one of those oh-god-i-hate-when-that-happens-to-me looks and told me to slow down and get outta there.

The other 4 times I've been pulled over for speeding I was just courteous and polite, and got away every time! So, the truth to lie ratio is still 4:1, however I may perhaps "develop" another case of diarrhea when I get pulled over ...

If you're not from the area and it was NOT on the freeway, say you don't know the area well ... or at all ... that works sometimes too.

I'm not saying it's gonna work everytime ... I was just personally amazed that it DID work.
