i know its AUS and thats pretty far away!

Online, it says it was shipped 9/15...so its been way beyond the 2-4 del deadline, and at $95 shipping fees, I'm kinda disapointed.

Is this typical?

 

it's australia... they are over there by them selves... and they have kangaroo's give the stuff to the nearest boat...

Sometimes customs gets in the way. Nothing anyone can do about it. Have you PM/e-mailed Muz?

 

you should have got regular delivery, sometimes if you are lucky u get it in the same time as the faster delivery service, you have to expect it to take sometime, its all the way in australia.

It's certainly not typical of our service. As you can see by checking your online account your order came in on the 12th and we manufactured and shipped by the 15th (well under the quoted time on our site).

Being in Aus should make no difference. Shipping companies still get stuff half way around the world quickly and most shipments arrive well within the time they quote.

I'm sure they will deliver it shortly and may be able to tell you what caused the delay when they do. It's certainly nothing attributable to our service

well i did send a request through their site requesting info, but that was just done this afternoon.

I got the whiteline brace from them and it came in 4 days after it shipped.
