How loud is a stock S2000?

For me, I start to get a little bit of a headache after driving with the top up for awhile. It almost seems louder to me top up than top down, like the noise gets trapped inside or something.

And thats with the stock exhaust, although I think the muffler is worn out.

I would think the exhaust note of a stock exhaust would be peanuts compared to the wind noise from the car...
