Default How low should I drop

I ordered an amuse style front lip and I think once it is on, the car will need to be lowered. I don't know how much it should be dropped because I have stock wheels and if it is too aggressive it will look bad. I have decided I just want to get short springs so what do you think will look the best? It is a Silverstone MY03.

I don't know if i should drop it 1 in or .6 in. Any comments or suggestions are welcome, hopefully from someone who has lowering springs.

Don't drop miore than 1".
If you wanna keep the handling characteristics of the S,get some good quality springs,Swift or Eibach, and a set of Koni.

I say go for 1" anything less would be a waste....no point in lowering if you don't.I'm lowered on some H&R ajustables and i'm almost flush no scraping problems and i don't have a lip.

Even with Eibachs you'll have to be very careful not to rub the front spoiler. I had an amuse and it was a pain in the neck.

It will look fine after the front lip is installed at stock height. But.....it will look better with a mild 1" drop. You just have to learn to go in and out of driveways and entryways at an angle to avoid rubbing. Most likely the drop will lead you to get some nice afrermarket wheels. Then you will be very pleased with your new look! Good luck with your decision.
