That should be pretty easy since they usually make close to that bone stock.

 

Cool day and CAI will net you over 200 hp, or at least it did me.

 

vafc or 03 ecu + cai

 

With an MY02-03 car you're going to be making over 190 WHP to start with, so you won't even notice the difference between stock and 200 WHP. If you want a nice boost in performace without sacrificing reliablity consider a centrifigual blower. Lower final drive gears are also a nice mod that doesn't have too many downsides.
