I got my s2000 because I thought it was a fast car..

After driving a RX8, 350z, Corvette C6 and a M3 I decided to get a s2000 because I felt it was faster then the others

Maybe not the C6 but it was 10k more.

It really upsets me that a Civic can beat it now.. I just don't really like civics..

I want to make my car as fast as possible but at the same time still have the reliability.

Cue obligatory : "Fix what's broken first. And what's broken is the loose nut behind the steering wheel"

If you're looking to win drag encounters, this is def. the wrong car. If you're at a track day or autocross, an S2000 will easily out-accelerate/ out-brake/out-corner a Honda Civic in stock / slightly modded form.

Remove the doors, hood, trunk, windshield glass and passenger seat. Viola.
