I don't like seeing fellow members paying too much for something so simple. You can buy this wrinkle preventer for around $13 shipped off ebay or make your own for a few bucks. All you need is two elastic bands (can be found in the sewing area at walmart or fabric shop) cut to about 7 inches and the hard side of the of velcro attached to both ends. I bought mines with the velcro glued on and so the velcro pieces came off the next day. I had a friend of mine sew it on (highly recommended). Then attach the elastic bands to the velcro that is already on the inside of the top next to the sides of the plastic window. What is the velcro pieces in there for anyways? there is two pieces on the outside of the window under the flap also.

Just to clarify...where do the straps attach? On the inside of the top (inside the car) or under the flap on the outside of the car?

MINE CAME OFF THE NEXT DAY TOO!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for posting this. I wasn't going to tell how they were made, but after I noticed the the glue came undone, I was a little pissed. I'm going to have my wife sew mine to the velcro straps also. But the things work great! So simple.

Yes. Make sure it's strong and thick elastic. If not it will just stretch out over time.
