Wow. If this thread has taught me anything, it's that there are a LOT of people who don't know what BONE stock means .

If you're really bone stock, there's no "except" or "only" afterwards.

I was bone stock until about 4 months ago. Why? Because I couldn't afford the mods I wanted. Right now, 120,000 pennies later, I have one (count it: ONE) mod .

I'm bone stock because I can't afford it right now. My wife just had 2 kids, and we will be trying to get our first house, so it will be a while.

Basically stock:
Pioneer HU with DCI
cling tint rear window- done mostly to protect it
about to install CF trim for gauge cluster
Potenza S03, not really a mod but certainly the most expensive thing I've bought for the car

previous owner added:
al dead pedal
muz trunkwell mat
key caps/bumper plugs
K&N drop in

Don't have too many plans; I was thinking about painting the stock calipers silver, maybe a CF AUT cooling plate, X brace, possibly that rear bump steer kit, and if I hit the lottery some bilstein coils and a nice set of 17s

I notice on their website K&N claims 9 point something gain on an 02, they say thier unit is for an 05-06 but make no claim for any power gains. Since you installed this mod did you notice any gains? I thought the 06 was a cold air intake which was supposed to be an upgrade from 05 models.

My 06 is bone stock and will probably remain that way, Honda has built a great ride, and I don't see much in the market to improve the 06 AP2's
You will not gain 9 hp with this mod. You might get 2.

My O5 with the OEM hardtop is stock, unless you count the Check, Inc. seat heaters. They seem kind of silly during the So. California summer, but are wonderful with the top off/down during a winter drive.
