How much lower is the front of the car when the OEM front lip spoiler is added?

For those of you who have added the front lip spoiler, are you pleased with it?

If you decided to go with an after-market front lip spoiler what one would you recommend? (I'm not looking for something big and loud, subtler and enhancing is my style.)

 

I believe it is 1/2" lower (4.5" instead of 5"). There is an article in the FAQ section that you should take a look at.
