LT, I've read where many people have been tripped up by that damn (useless) child safety switch that Honda has and the driver door.

BTW, my auto down started to not work intermittently but now it's pretty much gone and will not work no matter how many times I hit the button. So for all of you that have seen the problem on only a few occasions it's probably just a matter of time before it stop working altogether.

I noticed this strange "problem" two times after disconnecting the battery (first time after winter and second time after installing the oil temp gauge). After reconnecting the auto-down function for the window wasnt working.

After opening and closing "manually" two or three times and waiting it worked again without any problems.

I think it's not a bug - it's a feature

Good luck,
Nick

I just notice my window started to act up these past few days. It no big deal I just have to hold it down. But if it gets worst I will take it in to get it fix.

Try this: Push switch so window goes down all the way, pull up on switch till its fully closed AND hold it for a second or two.

Should now be fixed ;-)

Okay, 68% have had the problem and almost 11% have had the problem return.

Honda, please let us know when you've got this problem solved so we won't be wasting our time at the dealership with warranty issues that you've had for at least 8 years...

I thought this whole thread was a joke b/c I had the "problem".... passenger window would not go up.... posted a thread here before I took it to the dealer Luckily, someone onboard told me to check the child safety switch and... voila.. *fixed*

Mine just started acting up about 3 days ago. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I don't think I am going to bother with getting it fixed, like mentioned above I rather have it like it is than to have some 16 year old grease monkey screw it up worse.

I've had two Integra's (87 and 94) and put on a total of 392,000 miles with this never happening.
