how hard is it to change from a normal top to a hardtop
Because of it's size it is a very easy 2 person job, only takes a couple minutes! Mine was $2900 instaled. The top really gives the car another look.

With a hardtop hoist it only takes one person.

No. The soft top is folded down in the normal 'open top' position. You can't used the soft top cover (touneou ?spelling) with the hardtop though. When the hardtop is installed, the button to close the soft top is disabled. I paid $2800 for the top + $300 for installation, not the best deal.

I paid $3400 after my 2002 was purchased. Waited 4 weeks for top to be delivered from Japan. The cost included installation and an aluminum rack and dust cover to store the top. Very nice rack. The top was painted to match my Sebring Silver car and the color is a perfect match. More important than the cost should be a qualified individual who is performing the installation. They can screw this up if not done correctly. The top is tight with no rattles. I have been driving the car this winter in Wisconsin only because there has been no snow.

Here are some more pics of ht installed.....

Like NNY S2K said, it gives the car a whole new look, especially from the back, makes it look a lot lower, and wider, kinda like a mini viper!?!

Nice pics. Although, I don't like the tape being off with the hardtop on. I think it looks better with the tape when the hardtop is on. I was going to take my tape off, but I kept it on because of that.
